As a result of our Veteran and military exposure and our own origin stories, we maintain ties with Service members who experience system and institutional violence. We continue to work on spreading resources and program proposals to cause a paradigm shift towards restorative and transformative justice to respond to and prevent sexual violence. We plan to accomplish this shift through grassroots organizing, collaborating with other advocacy organizations, and drafting papers and research to emphasize the moral imperative and practicality of restorative and transformative justice.
We are hosting a panel discussion at an upcoming Moral Injury Conference for Service Women on June 8th.
We have drafted a white paper proposing a restorative conference-based program called Military Accountability Clinics to provide Survivors with additional options after reporting an assault.
